  You can always tell how good a company is on how they handle things when everything doesn't go to plan. The air compressor got lost by the courier company (these things happen) although it wasn't Strongman Tools issue they bent over backwards with phone calls and emails to help resolve the problem. They even offered to send out another unit if the courier company could not find it with 24 hours.
